Common questions

I can't sign in+
Make sure you're using the email your league admin invited. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen — you'll get a reset email.
I don't see my matchup+
Make sure your league admin has activated the season and that today is a play day. If you're marked absent for the week, your matchup is suspended.
My scores aren't saving+
Scores save automatically as you tap. If the save indicator stays at "saving" for more than 10 seconds, check your network connection. Drafts are kept on your phone and will sync when you reconnect.
I marked myself absent by accident+
Open the app and mark yourself attending again — your original matchup will be restored automatically.
How do I install on Android (sideload)?+
If you got a direct download link instead of a Play Store link: open the link in Chrome, download the file, and tap to install. If your Samsung phone shows "Auto Blocker" warnings, go to Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker, then disable "Block app installs from unauthorized sources" temporarily.
Something else?+
Email support@gowf.io with as much detail as possible — your league name, what you tapped, what you saw. Screenshots help.

For league admins

How do I add a new player mid-season?+
From the Admin tab, tap "Invite Player" and enter their email. They'll get a magic-link email to join.
Can I undo a finalized week?+
Once a week is finalized, scores are locked and standings are updated. To make corrections, contact support@gowf.io.
How does the Reaper work?+
If your league has an odd number of active players in a week, one player is matched against "The Reaper" — a ghost opponent whose score is generated from the player's running average (±2.5%). Reaper matchups still award all the same points as a regular matchup.
What happens during a rainout?+
Admins can call a rainout for any week. All matchups are suspended, no points are awarded, and the round can be rescheduled to a buffer week.
