Welcome to GOWF. By using our app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

GOWF is an amateur golf league management platform. It allows league administrators to organize seasons, generate matchups, and track scores. Players use it to enter scores, view standings, and manage their league participation.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use GOWF.
  • One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

3. League participation

  • League administrators control membership, settings, and league rules.
  • Administrators may remove players from their league at their discretion.
  • Players are responsible for the accuracy of scores they enter.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Enter intentionally false scores or data.
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app’s operation.

5. Data and content

You retain ownership of the data you enter (scores, profile information). By using GOWF, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this data to provide the service to you and your league members.

6. Availability

We strive to keep GOWF available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

7. Termination

You may stop using GOWF at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. League administrators may remove players from their leagues independently of account status.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

GOWF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOWF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GOWF after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
